Shipping Partner

Order Processing
We aim to process all orders promptly. Typically, orders are processed within 24 to 48 business hours, not including weekends or public holidays. This timeframe allows us to carry out essential steps such as verifying your order details, confirming payment, and ensuring the availability of the items you have purchased.
Once verification is complete, each product is carefully inspected for quality assurance before being packed securely to prevent any damage during transit. We then hand over the shipment to our trusted logistics partner for delivery.

Shipping Charges & Delivery Times

All shipping charges and estimated delivery times are automatically calculated at checkout based on several factors, including the weight and dimensions of the product, the delivery destination, and the shipping method you select.

If the customer is not available to receive the order and has not assigned someone else, and a second delivery attempt is needed, Renew Tech Mart will charge an additional delivery fee. The customer must allow delivery vehicles to enter the premises and get prior permission for using the building’s elevator, if required, to deliver the products to the location.
Shipping Coverage
We offer nationwide delivery across India. Our logistics network is designed to cover a wide range of pin codes, enabling us to deliver efficiently and securely to most locations. However, certain products may be subject to legal, regulatory, or logistical restrictions that prevent us from shipping to specific areas.
These restrictions can arise due to factors such as state-level compliance requirements, transportation limitations, or product-specific handling regulations. In such cases, our system will automatically notify you during the checkout process if shipping to your location is unavailable.
By clearly communicating any delivery limitations upfront, we ensure transparency and save you the inconvenience of placing an order that cannot be fulfilled due to shipping restrictions.
Order Tracking
Once your order has been dispatched from our facility, we will send you a detailed tracking notification via email. This will include the tracking number, courier partner details, and a direct link to the shipment tracking page.
With this information, you can monitor your order in real time. Tracking updates will typically include key milestones such as pickup confirmation, transit scans, and the estimated delivery date.
We recommend checking your tracking status regularly, as delivery timelines may be influenced by factors such as weather conditions, route changes, or local delivery constraints. In case of any unusual delay or concern, our customer support team will be available to assist you in resolving the issue promptly.
If you haven’t received your order within 15 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at contact@greentekreman.com with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.
Refund & Replacement Policy
We are committed to ensuring that every product you purchase from us meets your expectations in quality and performance. However, if for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your order, our Refund & Replacement Policy offers a simple and transparent process to address your concerns.
Whether it’s a defective item, a wrong product received, or a change of mind within the eligibility period, we aim to make the return or replacement experience quick, fair, and hassle-free.
Eligibility
To qualify for a refund or replacement, the product must meet specific eligibility criteria designed to maintain quality standards and ensure fair processing.
The item should be unused, free from any signs of wear, damage, or alteration, and must include all original packaging, tags, labels, and accessories that came with it. This helps us verify the condition of the product and ensures it can be restocked or exchanged without compromising quality for other customers.
Any device that stores personal information must have all such information removed prior to returning. RenewTech Mart shall not be liable for any misuse or unauthorized use of such information.
Additionally, the return request must be initiated and the item shipped back to us within 7 calendar days of delivery. Products that do not meet these conditions may not be accepted for a refund or replacement.
Process
If you wish to request a refund or replacement, contact our customer support team at rma@greentekreman.com or call +91 8527593726. Once your request is reviewed and approved, you will receive return instructions along with an authorization number. The product should be shipped back following the provided guidelines.
Upon receiving and inspecting the returned item, we will process your refund or replacement within 3 to 4 business days. Refunds will be issued to your original payment method, while replacements will be dispatched as per product availability.
Cancellation Policy
Orders can be cancelled at any time before delivery without incurring any charges. All cancellations must be submitted through our website’s cancellation request feature to ensure proper processing.
Though you can also cancel the order before it is shipped, we may charge processing fees from the refund amount. In case you cancel your order post-dispatch, we may charge dispatch shipping charges (both ways) and Gateway charges (if any) before refunding the amount.

Company Rights
Company reserves the right to refuse a return if the product does not meet the stated return conditions.
We may also limit the number of returns or exchanges for customers who have a history of excessive returns.
In addition, Company retains the right to determine the eligibility of any product for return, replacement, or refund at its sole discretion.
