Shipping Partner
Our logistics partners are carefully selected based on their service coverage, delivery speed, and handling quality. Once your order is processed, it is securely packaged and handed over to the courier for dispatch. Every shipment is tracked from our warehouse to your doorstep, ensuring complete transparency. In certain cases, where faster delivery is required, we may use express shipping services to meet urgent needs.
All deliveries are handled with care to minimize the risk of damage, and in the rare event of a delay or issue, our customer support team works closely with the courier to resolve it promptly.
Order Processing
We aim to process all orders promptly. Typically, orders are processed within 24 to 48 business hours, not including weekends or public holidays. This timeframe allows us to carry out essential steps such as verifying your order details, confirming payment, and ensuring the availability of the items you have purchased. Once verification is complete, each product is carefully inspected for quality assurance before being packed securely to prevent any damage during transit. We then hand over the shipment to our trusted logistics partner for delivery.
In case of high-demand periods, such as festive seasons or promotional sales, processing times may be slightly extended, but we make every effort to dispatch your order as quickly as possible. If there is any unexpected delay due to stock availability or unforeseen circumstances, our customer service team will notify you promptly with updated timelines.
Shipping Charges & Delivery Time
We believe in providing complete transparency when it comes to shipping costs and delivery timelines. All shipping charges and estimated delivery times are automatically calculated at checkout based on several factors, including the weight and dimensions of the product, the delivery destination, and the shipping method you select.
This ensures that you are fully informed about any additional charges and the expected delivery schedule before placing your order. For certain locations, we may use express delivery options for faster shipping, while standard delivery is available across most pin codes in India.
Orders above ₹2000 are eligible for free delivery, so you don’t pay any extra charges. For orders between ₹1000 and ₹2000, a standard shipping fee of ₹300 will be applied. Please note that we have a minimum order value of ₹1000. If your cart value is below this range, we recommend adding a few more products or ordering in bulk. This way, you not only meet the minimum order value but also unlock free delivery benefits on purchases above ₹2000.
Estimated delivery dates take into account both processing time and transit time, giving you a realistic expectation of when your order will arrive. In rare cases, such as during adverse weather conditions, logistical disruptions, or peak holiday seasons, delivery times may vary slightly, but we make every effort to ensure timely dispatch and arrival.
If the customer is not available to receive the order and has not assigned someone else, and a second delivery attempt is needed, Renew TechMart will charge an additional delivery fee. The customer must allow delivery vehicles to enter the premises and get prior permission for using the building’s elevator, if required, to deliver the products to the location.
Shipping Coverage
We offer nationwide delivery across India. Our logistics network is designed to cover a wide range of pin codes, enabling us to deliver efficiently and securely to most locations. However, certain products may be subject to legal, regulatory, or logistical restrictions that prevent us from shipping to specific areas.
These restrictions can arise due to factors such as state-level compliance requirements, transportation limitations, or product-specific handling regulations. In such cases, our system will automatically notify you during the checkout process if shipping to your location is unavailable.
By clearly communicating any delivery limitations upfront, we ensure transparency and save you the inconvenience of placing an order that cannot be fulfilled due to shipping restrictions.
Order Tracking
Once your order has been dispatched from our facility, we will send you a detailed tracking notification via email. This will include the tracking number, courier partner details, and a direct link to the shipment tracking page. With this information, you can monitor your order in real time. Tracking updates will typically include key milestones such as pickup confirmation, transit scans, and the estimated delivery date.
We recommend checking your tracking status regularly, as delivery timelines may be influenced by factors such as weather conditions, route changes, or local delivery constraints. In case of any unusual delay or concern, our customer support team will be available to assist you in resolving the issue promptly.
If you haven’t received your order within 15 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at contact@renewtechmart.com with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.
Replacement Policy
We are committed to ensuring that every product you purchase from us meets your expectations in quality and performance. However, if for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your order, our Replacement Policy offers a simple and transparent process to address your concerns.
Whether it’s a defective item, a wrong product received, or a change of mind within the eligibility period, we aim to make the replacement experience quick, fair, and hassle-free.
Eligibility
To qualify for a replacement, the product must meet specific eligibility criteria designed to maintain quality standards and ensure fair processing. The item should be unused, free from any signs of wear, damage, or alteration, and must include all original packaging, tags, labels, and accessories that came with it. This helps us verify the condition of the product and ensures it can be restocked or exchanged without compromising quality for other customers.
Any device that stores personal information must have all such information removed prior to returning. Renew TechMart shall not be liable for any misuse or unauthorized use of such information. Additionally, the return request must be initiated and the item shipped back to us within 10 calendar days of delivery, with evidence of defect verified by the RMA team of the company. Products that do not meet these conditions may not be accepted for a refund or replacement.
Process
If you wish to request a refund or replacement, contact our customer support team at contact@renewtechmart.com or call (+91) 84 47 188 888. Once your request is reviewed and approved, you will receive return instructions along with an authorization number. The product should be shipped back following the provided guidelines. Upon receiving and inspecting the returned item, we will process your replacement within 3 to 4 business days.
Cancellation Policy
Orders can be cancelled at any time before delivery without incurring any charges. All cancellations must be submitted through our website’s cancellation request feature to ensure proper processing. Though you can also cancel the order before it is shipped, we may charge processing fees from the refund amount. In case you cancel your order post-dispatch, we may charge dispatch shipping charges (both ways) and Gateway charges (if any) before refunding the amount.

Company Rights
Company reserves the right to refuse a replacement if the product does not meet the stated replacement conditions.
We may also limit the number of replacements or exchanges for customers who have a history of excessive returns.
In addition, Company retains the right to determine the eligibility of any product for replacement or refund at its sole discretion.
