Warranty Policy
This Warranty Policy outlines the terms and conditions under which our company provides warranty coverage for products purchased from us. By purchasing from us, you agree to abide by the terms set forth in this policy.
Warranty Coverage and Duration
Our warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship under normal use of the product. This means that if your device experiences functional issues due to manufacturing faults, we will provide repair or replacement services as described in this policy.
However, the warranty does not extend to damages caused by accidents, liquid spills, misuse, unauthorized modifications, or tampering with the warranty seal.
The RTM Online Warranty is valid for a period of one year from the date of invoice. This duration applies to all eligible products unless otherwise stated in writing.
Warranty Claim Process
To avail of warranty services, customers must register their warranty by contacting us via the provided email address or phone number. Warranty claims can be initiated by contacting our Tech Support Team at rma@greentekreman.com or by calling +91 8527593276.
When raising a claim, customers are required to provide the original proof of purchase along with a detailed description of the issue. Please note that the company will not consider warranty requests based solely on any verbal, email, SMS, or WhatsApp commitments made by staff members. Only official written confirmation will be recognized.
Warranty Services
Depending on the nature of the defect, the company will, at its sole discretion, repair or replace the defective parts using either new or refurbished components. The warranty applies only to the parts covered under this agreement and does not automatically extend to other components.
Area Coverage
For customers located within the NCR region (Delhi, Gurgaon, Noida, Greater Noida, Faridabad, and Ghaziabad), Telephonic/Onsite/Offsite warranty will be applicable based on defects reported by the customer.
Customers in other locations will receive return-to-bench (offsite) service at our RMA Centre in Greater Noida. In such cases, customers are responsible for shipping the product to our facility, while the company will bear the cost of returning the repaired product.
Resolution Timelines:
A. Pickup within 01-02 (One -Two) working days of complaint subject to Warranty Policy*. Contact customer service in case of delays.
B. Complete process (complaint initiation to dispatch) within 10 (Ten) working days from complaint.
Warranty Exclusions
This warranty does not cover certain situations, including but not limited to:
- Third-Party Modifications – Any servicing or modification carried out by anyone other than the company or an authorized service provider will void the warranty.
- Software Issues – Problems related to operating system installation, software compatibility, or software malfunctions are not covered.
- Accidental Damage – Damages from spills, drops, or intentional misuse are excluded.
- External Accessories – Items such as chargers, external peripherals, and add-on components not integral to the product are not covered.
- Natural Disasters – Damages caused by floods, earthquakes, fires, lightning strikes, or other acts of God are excluded.
- Loss of Data – We are not responsible for any data loss during repair. Customers are strongly advised to maintain regular backups.
- Incompatibility – Issues arising from the use of incompatible software, peripherals, or accessories not approved by the company.
- Wear and Tear – Cosmetic damage, scratches, dents, and other normal signs of use are excluded.
- Obsolete Parts – If a specific part is unavailable, we may replace it with a compatible part of equal or higher value.
- Loss or Theft – The warranty does not cover products that are lost or stolen.
- Virus or Malware – Any damage caused by viruses, malware, or the use of illegal software is excluded.
- Unapproved Modifications – Any changes to the hardware or software not authorized by the company will void the warranty.
- International Use – The warranty may not be valid outside the country or region where the product was purchased.
Limitation of Liability
The company’s maximum liability under this warranty is limited to the repair or replacement of the defective parts covered under the warranty terms. We will not be responsible for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use the product.
Modifications to Policy
We reserve the right to modify, amend, or terminate this warranty policy at any time without prior notice. By purchasing a refurbished laptop or other products from our company, the customer agrees to the terms and conditions outlined in this document.
All disputes related to this warranty will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Delhi, India.
